This is a bootcamp set outside in the fabulous Yorkshire countryside which focuses on the fat burning benefits of high intensity interval training (H.I.I.T) techniques as well as resistance methods using an array of different equipment. This 1 hour session is upbeat & fun, but you will burn fat, build strength & increase your stamina without even thinking about it. With obstacle courses, games, sports days & circuits there is a variety of sessions. Suitable for beginners upwards, men and women.
