During pregnancy your bones & joints can take a bit of a hit – after all, your body is working really hard to produce a healthy little human which takes a lot out of your body.
It’s common to want to get back into those pre-maternity clothes quick & start a training regime or diet that promises to do this in record time. But weight training & intense cardio activities can then put added pressure on your joints after pregnancy & therefore should ideally be avoided for just a little while longer until you build your strength back up naturally.
If you want to work on your pelvic floor, reduce back pain, build your strength up & lose the baby weight safely the postnatal small group training package is for you.
These sessions are run with a maximum of 3 mums at a time & because my studio is private & exclusive to my clients your little ones are welcome to come too!
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays
Sessions are 1 per week & run in blocks of 6, 12 & 18 weeks (if you’d like more than 1 session per week please get in touch & we can discuss requirements & costs).
Bookings & availability dependent on the number of other mums in each group & at what stage you are postpartum/postnatal & the type of birth – you don’t have to come as a group of 3, I will try to group mums together that are at similar stages.
