Circuit Training

Kick start your day with 45 minutes of building strength and burning fat working through various exercises using different equipment each session. You will feel ready to take on the day after we’ve finished and it won’t take long before you notice your body toning up and waistline shrinking!

How to take part:

There is no need to book, on your first session, simply arrive 10 minutes before the start. This will give you time to complete a short health questionnaire and for me to answer any questions you may have.
